Kate Hudson is an open book when it comes to her sex life. The actress opened up in an interview about how growing up has influenced her perspective on sex in a positive way.

"The best part about sex in your 40s, honestly, is the freedom," Hudson said. "Sex isn't supposed to be pretty, and I think as you get older, you have more fun once you learn that fact."

She also confessed that she still enjoys flirting with others – something her fiancé, producer Danny Fujikawa, is completely at peace with.

"I'm the biggest flirt on the planet. So I think anyone who's ever been in my company is very aware that I flirt with everyone - girls, guys," Hudson said.
