Comedian Gazmend Paja appeared this Thursday at the premises of the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK).

While the motives for why the actor was summoned by SPAK are still unclear, in a statement to the media he chose to respond with humor.

"No, we were sitting with the prosecutor in a cafe and he inadvertently took my cell phone and I brought him his and he took mine. I don't know his name, it was a coincidence," he told reporters.

The actor has been accused by the opposition of acquiring a 133,000 square meter plot of land in Dhërmi with the status of strategic investor.

However, the reason for his summons by this justice institution is not clear.
