Statistically, women have fewer orgasms than men. But, of course, many things can be improved. One of them is improving your movements in the bedroom.
Sex therapists say that one small change can make a relationship much, much better. They're talking about sex positions.
The "coital extension technique," otherwise known as CAT, is a version of missionary, where the man stands on top and lifts his body slightly higher so that his penis rubs against the woman's clitoris.
Here is an illustration:
In a study of women who were unable to orgasm from the missionary position, published in the Journal of Sex and Martal Therapy, it is said that after trying CAT, the women reported a 56% increase in orgasms. CAT can be helpful for women who need clitoral stimulation.
How to perform CAT? Start in the traditional missionary position, with a small pillow under the woman's hips to elevate them slightly and support her pelvis. After penetration, the partner should move his body up a few inches.
