Teddy Swims is going to be a dad!

The "Lose Control" singer and his girlfriend Raiche Wright are expecting their first child together, sharing the exciting news on Instagram on Wednesday, January 8. In the sweet photos, the couple is seen posing on the beach.

"We can't wait to meet you", they both wrote in their joint post.

The singer confirmed his romance with Wright on a July 2024 episode of The Kyle & Jackie O Show.

"She does what I do, which is great," he said, referring to Wright's singing career. "Because it's probably 3 in the morning and I'm calling her and she's like, 'Yeah, yeah, I'm in a session.' I'm recording music.'

Before announcing their relationship, the couple attended a Grammy party together in February 2024. In May, Wright began joining Swims on tour, performing duets on stage and posting snippets of them together on social networks.

"He is a good partner. He's fun, he has a good attitude all the time, and everything we do together is fun," she said during a 2024 episode of Pucker Up.  

In June, Wright revealed that she and Swims had matching "his and hers" tattoos.

The singer first posted a black-and-white photo showing off the tattoos before posting a behind-the-scenes video of getting them done.

The pair not only tattooed each other, but also inked each other's names on their hands. Swims tattooed "Raiche" on his index finger, while Wright tattooed "Jaten" (Swims' real name) on her wrist.
