While the moment of the meeting was widely shared on social media, it seemed that there was not much left to say and share with the public, except the emotions of a reunion between a mother and a son.

But, while speaking, Elton Ilirjani gave two pieces of information that could not pass without making an impression. Initially, speaking about the relationship between Parashqevi Simaku and her son, he announced that after the divorce the singer had completely lost custody, a decision made by a female judge in the state of New York.

"I am talking about many years ago that the court made a decision, the story of Parashqevi Simaku is very big, it will take many shows to explain it from beginning to end. It is rare, maybe even the first time that a woman judge takes away the right of motherhood from a woman and gives it to a man", Ilirjani announced.

Secondly, he shared another detail regarding the lack of meetings between the singer and her son. Substance abuse : Addiction to drugs or alcohol that affects parenting

Mental health issues : Untreated mental illness that affects parenting ability

Domestic Violence : Acts of violence against the child

Exposure of the child to dangerous environments

Emotional neglect of the child

Criminal activity: Engaging in illegal activities that endanger the child

The case of Parashqevi Simaku, who has completely lost custody of her son with the decision given by a female judge, must be said to be rare, according to statistics in the state of New York.

“Derisa djali ka mbushur 18 vjeç ka pasur një vendim që ajo nuk duhej t’i afrohej djalit, pas moshës 18 vjeç duke pasur parasysh edhe të gjithë historikun që kishte ndodhur, furtuna, humbja e nënës për një kohë të gjatë, janë shumë faktorë që e bënin të pamundur takimin mes tyre”., tha ai.

Megjithatë djali i saj, tanimë 20 vjeç, zgjodhi ta takonte pas shumë peripecive dhe momenti bëri “xhiron e rrjetit”.

Por, në cilat raste nëna nuk lejohet të takojë fëmijën sipas ligjeve në shtetin e Nju Jorkut

Sërish, referuar ligjeve në këtë shtet apo studiove ligjore, ky vendim merret në rastet ku nëna ka varësi nga alkooli apo lëndët narkotike, është e dhunshme, vuan nga probleme të patrajtuara të shëndetit mendor dhe përbën rrezik për fëmijën.

Por sipas ligjit edhe në të tilla raste vizita mund të realizohet nën monitorimin e ekspertëve apo në një vend neutral me palë të treta të përfshira, duke u siguruar që fëmija nuk cënohet.
