Adelina Tahiri talks about postpartum depression: "I didn't want to

Singer Adelina Tahiri has shared her experience of motherhood and post-partum depression.

In an interview with Orinda Huta, the singer confessed to dealing with extra pounds after the birth of her son, stressing that they were the reason why she started to hate herself.

Adelina added that she had a hard time looking at herself in the mirror and even more undressing in front of her husband.

"I gained 30 kilograms during pregnancy. At the moment I am 56 kg, then I was 84. Just to say one thing, I will never forget when I walked into the bathroom the next morning and took a shower. Oh god, what a horror! Elephant! I had forgotten to look at myself in the mirror. When I saw him, oh God! I said I will not fall into bed with my husband until I get in my right shape", said Adelina.

Adelina emphasized that as a result of the stress, she also lost her milk.

"I fell into depression! When I saw myself in that kind of situation, I didn't care about anything else. I was only interested in the weight, so I lost the milk. I'm used to always being in great shape. My psychology is stronger than any kind of words. I didn't care. I didn't eat at all, I only breastfed for 20 days. Maybe I sound selfish but I wasn't happy," she added.
