Agron Llakaj, invited to "Vizioni i Pasdites", talked among other things about the difficult period he is going through, after the death of his wife, Kostandina. Moderator Brikena Prifti asked Agron about the newest program that will start, "Papare Najt", telling him that this show comes at the most challenging moment of his life. The actor, in tears, said:
"I would not like to raise this topic, because I know that these are the most difficult times in my life. I have to laugh, when inside I'm crying and I'm having a hard time. Rather, the part of suffering and pain gets to me, even though I try to get through it. Yesterday I was at a ceremony and an elderly mother came to me and said: "Be strong Agron, you will make us laugh, because it is a mission. You must be stronger in this mission, as we all have one soul, but you have two, you also have the spirit of Constantine". I miss him terribly, why did you put me through this question?", said the actor, visibly moved.
He further said that his children and grandchildren are his hope.
"They are a source of motivation, hope. I didn't know that God would reserve this kind of fate for me, because they say that God tests you to show how strong a person is, I'm not that strong, I don't fit into that series of people. I used to say to Kostandina that she is "Agronised", now I understand that I am "Kostandinized". I have to get the love of those little ones, but also the adults. My daughter had her birthday on August 22 and I could only say to her: "I can never be your mother."
"It's a time when I don't even understand where I am. As a feeling I have, I seek to laugh inside my crying, to drown the crying with laughter and cry again. I look for a drop of sunshine in a dark curtain, for the future of my children. I know that her spirit follows me from above", he said.
In May of this year, Agron Llakaj lost his wife. The comedian, through a post on Instagram, confessed the pain and showed that his wife lost her life due to an illness.
"My dear Constantine! Although I have told you many, many times, today, in your last farewell, I want you to have them with you. We had a difficult, tiring journey with many sacrifices...we dreamed of a new life with many ambitions. And so that I could finish the high school of arts, you sacrificed your life, you raised two children: Alcida and Eno", he wrote at the time.
Agroni and Kostandina have been married for about 40 years. Often, the comedian has expressed all his gratitude and love for his wife, showing that when he came to Tirana, at the age of 27 and they were parents of two children, Kostandina took it upon herself to raise the children and sacrifice a lot for the family.
