"Effortless perfection": What is it and how does it affect young

In a society that promotes ideals of perfection and instant success, many young people face pressure to achieve results without effort. This phenomenon, known as the "myth of effortless perfection," gives them the false impression that success can be easily achieved. However, is this really true?

Roger Federer, one of the greatest tennis players of all time, in his speech at the graduation ceremony at Dartmouth College, clearly stated that: "Perfection without effort is a myth." He emphasized that in order to look like everything goes easily, you have to work hard and with discipline.

This message is especially important for young people who often face pressure to be successful, talented, beautiful and healthy - all without leaving a trace of effort.

Success in any field requires hard work, discipline and dedication. Many young people feel compelled to present themselves as successful individuals in all aspects of their lives: academically, physically, and socially.

Example: Students may feel compelled to achieve excellent academic results, maintain a healthy and attractive body, have an active social life, and appear natural in any activity. This phenomenon is known as "Duck Syndrome", where people who seem to easily reach the surface are in reality constantly struggling below it.

Important Lessons

Young people need to focus on their path, realizing that success comes with challenge and effort. Accepting imperfection as part of the process can contribute to improved emotional well-being and increased resilience.

Every effort, whether big or small, is a step toward achieving their goals and goals.

Next time If you feel oppressed by others' expectations, remember that every success has a story behind it and that each of us is struggling to achieve what we want. We are all on a similar path and it is important to support each other in our efforts to be the best we can be.
