After 25 years from the famous movie "Titanic", the protagonist actress Kate Winslet has revealed some interesting details about one of the closing moments of the film, such as the tragic end of Jack who ends up at the bottom of the sea, a role played by Leonardo Di Caprio.

If you remember the scene, in order to survive in the frozen Atlantic Ocean, after the ship has sunk, Rose lies on a wooden door that floats on the ocean, while Jack is held in its corner to not add weight and prevent the door from sinking together with Rose.

Winslet has shed light on the tricks used to make this difficult scene perfect, revealing that it's not a literal ocean.

"To dispel your illusion, it's not about the ocean, it's about a tank full of water, and Leo is actually on his knees in that scene. I shouldn't actually say that, because Jimmy Cameron will probably call me." , says the actress referring to the director of "Titanic", James Cameron.

This kind of trick seems to have made the progress of this scene simpler, as one of the most special that practically marks the end of the film,

"Being shaped like a pool or tank, it was very easy for us actors to go up and down the door, and at the bottom of it there was a leak that gave the idea of ??the sound of water in the sea or ocean," she says.

The debate about the moment of the door to "Titanic"

This scene has been one of the most talked about in the famous film, as many people have claimed over the years that the actor DiCaprio could have adapted by standing on the floating door and consequently survived. Director Cameron revealed in an interview with Mythbusters in 2012 that Jack's death was necessary to close the film. Meanwhile, the actress Winslet in an interview for the Happy Sad Confused podcast tried to resolve the debate by admitting that there was room for Jack in that floating door.

"Yes, he could fit in," she said. “He could fit in that door, but it's just that the two of us couldn't stay above water for long. So, we would both sink," the actress concluded.
