The former deputy of the Democratic Party, Gert Bogdani, passed away at the age of 44. The news has also been confirmed by the Ministry of Health. It is reported that Bogdani suffered a cardiac arrest on Tuesday morning. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition, where he died.

Gert Bogdani graduated from Polytechnic University in New York, where he graduated with "Highest Honors". He started his career in 2007, where he ran as mayor of municipal unit no. 10 in Tirana for PD. He won the race. 2 years later, he ran in the Parliamentary Elections of June 28, 2009 and was elected as the youngest deputy in the Albanian Parliament. From 2009 to the following, he continued his activity as the chairman of the DP Youth Form.
