Albania has received the second medal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in the discipline of wrestling. Wrestler Islam Dudaev won the bronze medal for the weight up to 65 kg, against the Hungarian Iszmail Muszukajev, with the result 13-12.
This is the second Olympic medal that Albania wins, as wrestler Chermen Valiev also received a bronze medal. The 25-year-old defeated Viktor Rassad, from Tajikistan, in freestyle for the weight up to 74 kg. He managed to give Albania the first medal in the history of our country's participation in a competition of such importance.
