The heat takes away the appetite, but going without food means not being able to handle the high temperatures. Below, five quick, fresh, no-heat recipes that will save your life.
Pasta with tomato sauce

Pineapple granita

It is prepared in about 5 minutes, has the taste of a dessert, does not have excessive sugar and is rich in fiber and protein. You need:
- 3 sliced ??and frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla protein powder (You can use plain vanilla powder)
Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve with raisins, if desired. You can eat it right away or freeze it and eat it later.
Ice cream with pieces of fruit
First you need to choose a container where you will pour the composition. In general, ready-made cups are preferred, but you can also use other containers, resistant to cold temperatures.
