When it comes to sex, there are things each of us can do to prepare. Whether it's taking care of your private parts, putting on some sensual music, taking a shower and more to feel relaxed and in the mood.

Food and drink can also be a topic of interest. And while we are talking about drinks, coffee is one of them that is always of interest, especially when it comes to bonding or avoiding it before the sexual act.

According to doctors, coffee has a natural stimulating effect on the intestines and this is one of the main reasons why it should be avoided in the bedroom.

Caffeine and coffee acids can cause digestive discomfort in some people, as it affects the frequency of contractions in the gastrointestinal tract. That's why many people turn to the drink as a natural stimulant that helps them feel deflated.

Coffee can make your symptoms worse and take you away from the sensual activity you were looking forward to enjoying. Plus, what you add to your coffee matters a lot too. Intolerance to milk can cause symptoms such as gas, bloating and diarrhea.

So, if your goal is to enjoy the sexual act to the maximum and not be interrupted by symptoms or unpleasant situations, give up coffee before sex.
