Facing a challenge is important, but knowing how and where to turn for guidance and advice is another indicator not of weakness, but of your level of cooperation.
#3 I am cautious about taking risks

Some industries value risk more than others, but being cautious is often a 'weakness' that you can use to your advantage. Being careful in this regard means that you are willing to cooperate with others.
#4 I feel nervous when speaking in front of large groups of people
Speaking in front of a conference with many people is a workout for the nerves and certainly an attempt to overcome your fears and weaknesses.
#5 I get impatient when things move slowly
