Kayne West is said to have made sexually inappropriate statements to one of his employees when he was in the presence of "Yeezy" colleagues.
A lawsuit has been filed against the rapper, by Trevor Philips, who, according to documents obtained by Page Six, has stated that West showed him nude photos of a female friend, in front of staff. He even pretended to masturbate by touching his genitals during a meeting at a hotel in California.
Philips has shown that in the period when this event took place, West had started to spread conspiracy theories about the Jewish community and praised Hitler in the eyes of the staff. Further, the former employee of the rapper has stated that he gave her strange compliments that made her feel uncomfortable.
Another very serious detail mentioned in the lawsuit is the fact that Kanye has stated that he would shave the heads of the children at his school and lock them in cages. While it was not left out that the rapper discriminated against black staff and was not racist towards whites. Philips himself is a person of color.
The lawsuit alleges discrimination, creating a toxic work environment, insult, exploitation and others. Philips was fired from West in 2023 and is seeking a jury trial.
