We all have opinions, especially subjective ones related to style and fashion. But, on social media, you have probably faced tactless posts like: "This dress looks too tight for your body" or "You should change your style", and many other rude comments that sometimes, even why does it virtually leave the person behind the computer, phone, iPad, etc.

Are you aware of when you make an unkind comment? Experts say that there are actually four types of comments that you should never make about someone's style and clothing, be it a friend, relative, etc.

#1 Comments that highlight people's insecurities

"I wish we lived in a world where there were no comments about people's looks," says Stacey Rosenfeld, a psychologist in Florida. "She's too old to wear that suit," is one of those phrases to avoid about someone else's style. These types of comments really expose people's phobias about their bodies, to the extent that they simply label the body as an object.

#2 Comments on professionalism

Many of those commenting on clothing border on sexualizing lines. The expert advice is that you shouldn't say anything that implies that a person is in any way or shape doing something inappropriate simply because of the way the fabric sits on his/her body. Something that is not seen as problematic for a woman with a normal body, is often seen as such in a fuller person. People often try to figure out who you are and then place you in some sort of invisible hierarchy based on how you dress, and that's wrong.

# Comments that judge identity based on clothing

There are so many things that can go wrong in a conversation between two people and especially between two colleagues. Anything that implies a preference or bias based on someone's race, color, religion, sex, or age can cause real problems. But, often women or men regardless of body size, dare for their clothing style. And if you understand that their insecurities are shown in the way they are dressed, you should not judge them for style, based on their identity or body, but simply respect their preferences.

#4 Comments on body lines and mass

You should always refrain from using expressions like, "This outfit makes you look fatter. Clothes don't make people look a certain way, on the contrary. If you have to say something, use the words: " It doesn't fit you so well." Claiming that a fabric makes a person look a certain way turns into a phobia, and that's not normal.
