Brad Pitt ka fitur raundin e fundit të betejës ligjore me Angelina Jolie për vreshtat francezë me vlerë 500 milionë dollarë, zbulojnë burimet për Page Six.

Aktori i njohur ka qenë në gjykatat e Kalifornisë dhe Luksemburgut duke ndjekur me vëmendje betejën ligjore për “Château Miraval”, pasi kërkoi ligjërisht kontrollin e pronës së përbashkët të ish-çiftit. Angelina ia shiti pjesën e saj të pronës, biznesmerit rus të vodkës, Yuri Shefler dhe ai ndërmori hapa ligjorë ndaj ish-bashkëshortes.

Para se te mërtoheshin, Pitt dhe Jolie e blenë këtë pronë së bashku me përqindjet që ishin në raport 60-40. 60 % i takonin aktorit dhe 40% Jolie-s.

Kur lidhën kurorë në 2014-ën, Pitt i dhuroi gruas së tij edhe 10% nga prona si dhuratë dasme duke e bërë ndarjen e pronës 50 me 50.

Pas shitjes që bëri Jolie pa aprovim, Brad kërkoi kontroll të plotë mbi pronën në fjalë duke i hequr të drejtën e vendimeve të tilla ish-bashkëshortes.

“Marrëveshja ishte që Angelina të merrte 10% më tepër nga ai, duke e bërë marrëdhënien 50-50, por aprovimi u arrit për vetëm 1 euro. Ishte simbolikë e marrëdhënies”, thonë burimet për Page Six.

Gjykata e Luksemburgut i dha mbrapsht Brad Pitt 10% e tij duke e lënë këtë çështje të mbyllur nga ana e tyre deri në vendimin final.

Beteja ligjore mes çiftit vazhdon ende, por kjo është një fitore e madhe për Brad Pitt, i cili nuk ka qenë i favorizuar në vendimet që janë marrë deri tani për ta.

Brad Pitt has entered the latest round of his legal battle with Angelina Jolie over $500 million worth of French vineyards, sources reveal to Page Six.

The well-known actor has been in the courts of California and Luxembourg closely following the legal battle for "Château Miraval", after he legally demanded control of the joint property of the former couple. Angelina sold her share of the property to Russian vodka businessman Yuri Shefler and he took legal action against his ex-wife.

Before they got married, Pitt and Jolie bought this property together with percentages that were in the ratio of 60-40. 60% belonged to the actor and 40% to Jolie.

When they tied the knot in 2014, Pitt gave his wife an additional 10% of the property as a wedding gift, making the property split 50-50.

After the sale that Jolie made without approval, Brad demanded full control over the property in question, removing the right to such decisions from his ex-wife.

"The agreement was that Angelina would get 10% more from him, making the relationship 50/50, but the approval was achieved for only 1 euro. It was symbolic of the relationship," sources told Page Six.

The Luxembourg court gave Brad Pitt back his 10%, keeping the case closed on their side until the final decision.

The legal battle between the couple is still ongoing, but this is a huge victory for Brad Pitt, who has not been favored in the decisions that have been made for them so far.
