Inis Gjoni, in a post on Instagram, said that her late sister will be "the thought that wakes me up every day and will haunt me every night of my life!"

"Today our dear sister, Ilda, made her last return to her homeland, to her family, to her home, to her mother, to her children, out of breath, but with that smile and charm of the most beautiful face and soul in the world ,” she writes.

"Man faces and overcomes many trials in life, but the pain brought by your departure so early, has crushed our hearts and saddened our feelings and thoughts without end. Each hour of these days weighs like the heavy stones of the mountain, which is silent and hears only the lamentation of a flight without return. But we are warmed by the sun that you leave behind, the children, the good works, the high praise of friends, relatives, colleagues and everyone who knew you and heard about you."

"The life you lived inspires us, your love, energy and kindness made us feel so proud to be a part of your every day and mission," she added.

Ilda Gjoni, the older sister of Inis and Ingri Gjoni, passed away at the age of 49. Her daughter, actress Anna Lika, confirmed the sad news through a post on Instagram.
