Bobby Rich, the celebrity couple's personal trainer reveals a few little secrets.
"We've been weight training regularly for four or five years," says Rich. "It's as much mental as it is physical. Victoria treats exercise like brushing her teeth, it's something she has to do and she prepares herself for it. It's just part of her lifestyle. I train both of them, about five days a week," continues the coach.

Victoria and David's exercise routine includes strength, power and endurance exercises, cardiovascular exercises and intense body toning exercises.
