A woman has filed a lawsuit against Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler for sexually assaulting her when she was 17 years old. According to her, the incident occurred in 1975.
ET obtained court documents, and the woman, named Jeanne Bellino, says that one evening, she, Steven and a friend went to a fashion show in Manhattan. Bellino, then a teenager, signed a contract with a modeling agency and traveled from her country to Manhattan, where she also met Steven Tyler.
She says she made a comment about one of the band's songs and it pissed off Tyler, who grabbed her by the throat and shoved her into a phone booth.
"While holding her tight, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat and placed his hands on her body, breasts and genitals, removing her clothing and holding her in the phone booth," the documents state.
Bellino claims Tyler was "insulting and touching her" and pretending they were having sex. According to her, he was excited and it was more visible, since he was not wearing underwear and his pants had thin material. She added that she tried to free herself and managed to free her arm. She says she grabbed Steven by the hair and brought him to his knees. At this moment, he left her and got out of the cabin.
During the alleged assault, the plaintiff says his friends saw the scene, laughed and did nothing to intervene. She said that to go back again, she had to be in the car with her friend. "I was dazed, confused and shocked," she said, adding that Tyler molested her again at the hotel, pinning her against the wall and sticking his tongue in her mouth.
She says a hotel employee saw the whole scene and then called a taxi for her. Once she arrived at her home, Bellino said she shared the horrific story with her sister and is still crying uncontrollably.
This is the second sexual assault charge Tyler has faced. In February, Julia Misley said that in 1973, when she was just 16, he used his rocker status to "manipulate, exploit and sexually assault" her for three years.
