In an interview with Women's Health, Robbie revealed what diet she follows for her super body lines!
The number one rule to stay fit is to have few carbohydrates and no sweets in your daily menu.
"For breakfast, I generally focus on cereal and an immune-boosting smoothie," she explained. "I usually have chicken salad for lunch and steak, tuna with sweet potatoes for dinner," mw pas added. After all, sweet potatoes are considered one of the best carbohydrates to consume when dieting.
The actress also said that she is "obsessed" with tea: she likes it a lot and drinks it throughout the day, with the advantage that it has zero calories. While admitting that she follows a balanced diet every day, the actress did not hide the fact that she 'dies' for hamburgers with fries, best accompanied by a beer.
From pilates to tennis with friends
As for training, Robbie said he has found the ideal workout. "I started practicing pilates when I arrived in Los Angeles and I feel great after the workout. The boxing sessions I attended to prepare for the movie “Suicide Squad” seemed like a lot of fun, but I soon realized that I didn't like lifting weights. When I don't have to prepare for a role, I prefer to do sports that I like, like going to dance lessons or playing tennis with friends."

In general, Margot Robbie knows that her well-being also depends on a good night's sleep. "I always had a hard time sleeping at the end of the day, especially when I was working," she says. To solve this problem, she has a habit of turning her room into a sacred and warm place: “Put on a face mask, light scented candles and relax music.
