At a time when national legends and heroic stories are often forgotten, film projects that aim to preserve our identity are increasingly important. Such an initiative was started during the pandemic by two childhood friends, Daniel Kordhoni, CEO of COPYRIGHT SAS and actor Florjan Binaj. They created "Skanderbeg", the first animated film with Albanian superheroes.

"We wanted our children and all Albanian children everywhere in the world to be proud of their heroes and, above all, to know and love the antiquity and mythology of Illyria-Arbër, which day by day gathers dust and is not kept alive and it is not inherited from generation to generation," said Florjan Binaj.

By "resurrecting" legendary creatures and important historical figures, such as Skanderbeg, Queen Teuta or other names, the animated film aims to stimulate an interest in Albanian children and audiences worldwide, enabling a more dynamic and enjoyable way to to connect with their roots.

Në zemër të këtij projekti qëndron dëshira për të rrënjosur një ndjenjë krenarie te fëmijët shqiptarë, të cilët tani mund të ketë të preferuar një superhero shqiptar në vend të, po themi, Spiderman-it.

Përsa kohë që përmban tema me mesazhe universale, “Skanderbeg” me gjasë do të përqafohet edhe nga audienca ndërkombëtare.

Teksa prezantonin projektin e tyre në rrjete sociale, Daniel Kordhoni dhe Florjan Binaj theksuan se “tashmë ky projekt është më i madh se ne dhe duam ta zhvillojmë së bashku me ju të dashur vëllezër e motra anembanë botës."
