Eurovision is without a doubt an important and highly watched event in Europe. Our country has participated in this competition for 19 years, when it was first presented in 2004.
In 2004, we were decently represented by Anjeza Shahini, with the song "The Image of You" , ranking 7th.
In 2005, Albania appeared at Eurovision with "Tomorrow I Go" by Ledina Çelo.
A year later, by Luiz Ejlli with "Cold Fire" .
In 2007, with "Hear My Plea" ("Stone Ballad") by Frederik Ndoci. The song went all the way to the semi-finals.
The following year, Albania was represented by Olta Boka's "Heart We Pawn" , which was placed in 17th place.
"Carry Me in Your Dreams" was positioned in the same ranking in 2009.
In 2010, Albania was represented with "It's All About You" by Juliana Pasha.
A year later, with "Feel the Passion" by Aurela Gaçe.
2012 marks the most successful year for Albania, which ranked 5th (a record that has not yet been broken) with "Suus" by Rona Nishliu.
2013-ta ishte viti kur Shqipërinë në Eurovision e përfaqësonin Adrian Lulgjuraj & Bledar Sejko me këngën “Identitet”.
Në vitin pasardhës, me Hersi – “One Night's Anger”.
Në 2015-ën, në skenën e Eurovision-it u ngjit Elhaida Dani me “I’m Alive”.

This year, Albina and the Kelmendi family competed on the Eurovision stage with "Duje" , a song which was ranked 22nd.
