The singer Loreen was declared the winner of Eurovision 2023 with the song "Tattoo".
This is the second time that Loreen has won Eurovision. In 2012, she brought the Eurovision trophy to Sweden with the song "Euphoria".
Loreen was the top vote-getter in the states and ranked first even after tallying the jury points.
