In an interview for the podcast "Zë me Miran" with Mira Kazhani, Elsa Lila confessed about the relationship she has today with her ex-partner, Alessandro, with whom she has a daughter, Evita.

Elsa showed, among other things, that she is not in a relationship and spoke openly about her approach to love.

An excerpt from the interview:

Mira Kazhani: Where is Evita's father? Does he continue his life as a diver? Don't live in Italy?

Elsa Lila: Evita's father, Alessandro, lives in Madagascar, in Africa where we met. He still lives in Madagascar, he is no longer a diver because now he is 51 years old. We are 10 years apart and age no longer allows him to do that profession, which has to do with physics, and now he works in the hotel environment. He is a hotel manager in one of the hotels on the island "Nosy Be" in Madagascar.

Mira Kazhani: Have you remained friends?

Elsa Lila: Yes.

Mira Kazhani: Do you have good communication?

Elsa Lila: Yes, we have remained many friends and I believe that the distance has helped us to be friends. Distance makes a lot of things, a lot of things. A lot of negative emotions! He has just been in Rome now, because March 8 was Evita's birthday, she turned 12 years old. So papa Alessandro came from Madagascar like every year to celebrate Evita's birthday, all together and when he comes, he stays in our house like a normal family.

Mira Kazhani: That's how it should happen!

Elsa Lila: Of course not in the same bed, in different rooms! (laughs)

Mira Kazhani: Yes, well, you never know when love can return. Do you believe in love that returns?

Elsa Lila: No!

Mira Kazhani: You don't believe it!

Elsa Lila: No, absolutely not!

Mira Kazhani: Do you have a friend now?

Elsa Lila: No! I don't have a friend!

Mira Kazhani: But why do you say that with joy? (laughs)

Elsa Lila: No, I'm not saying it happily, I'm saying it naturally. No, I don't at the moment. I am alone and I am very well alone.

Mira Kazhani: Would you ask for it?

Elsa Lila: I wouldn't ask for it because love isn't asked for, it happens. It just happens, when you're looking for it wrong.
