The true story of the Serbian lady from TikTok

The video is actually a footage from 2019. It was first created after local media reports. At the time, an eyewitness claimed that a woman dressed in traditional Serbian dress was seen jumping in front of cars and threatening people with a knife. The unnamed witness suggested the woman was not very well mentally.

It is not known if the video is fiction or a real footage of the moment, but either way, the dim lighting and eerie music are enough to pass the date.
