
A new documentary that sheds light on the murder of popular TV host Jill Dando is coming to Netflix very soon.
The documentary talks about her murder, which happened in April 1999. Dando was killed in front of her house, but the crime still remains an unsolved mystery for the British police.
Now, after all these years, the case that shocked Britain is the subject of a documentary, which aims to reveal Dando's life, career and tragic old age, also focusing on the complex investigation.
The documentary is enriched with video from the archives, interviews and new investigations. Jill Dando was one of the most popular TV personalities, who worked on "BBC", "Breakfast News", "Holiday", and others.
The documentary inspired by the murder is expected to debut later this year and does not yet have a release date. The director will be Marcus Plowright and the series will be produced by Emma Cooper, known for "The Mystery of Marilyn Monroe: The Unheard Tapes".
The title and trailer are not yet public, but it has still piqued people's curiosity.
