Bethenny Frankel, entrepreneur, TV personality who also starred in the series "The Real Housewives of New York City", criticized Meghan Markle's comments about the royal family.
"She's like a housewife when she can't stop talking about the fact that she doesn't want to be a housewife anymore," The Real Housewives of New York City star said during the Just B with Bethenny Frankel podcast. "It's like you want to separate from the housewives. It was toxic, I don't want to be part of the drama. But then, for the next five years, you're always talking about the thing you're trying to break away from."
“When you leave the royal family, leave the royal family. You learned something, you said it, we heard you... and yet in every single interview you do you talk about the royal family. Let it go Elsa. Go ahead. Make a difference in the future.” - she added.
Bethenny also accused Meghan of trying to "mimic" Princess Diana in the way she poses in public, saying: 'I think there's a factor that doesn't relate to the way we're talking. In that deliberate, orchestrated elegance, in that Diana impersonation, in that deliberate, very natural, very slow Caroline Kennedy-style speech.”
Frankel's comments come shortly after The Cut published an interview with Markle in which she again touched on royal life and strict rules and protocols.
