Sex, gender, female, male, woman, man, trans-man, trans-woman, etc., are terms spread recently. If long ago, sex and gender were used as synonyms for each other, nowadays sex refers to the genital organ and is determined at birth, while gender is a social term with which the individual is identified. Walsh says he wanted the documentary to be different from other right-wing productions: "We're not interested in bringing a group of people I agree with in a room, asking them questions just to give me a answers I could have said myself," he says. Instead, Walsh wanted to talk to people he disagreed with to get the answers he was looking for.

The documentary's trailer alone has over 23 million views on YouTube, with most people appreciating it. There are also comments that say Walsh ignores the transgender movement.

"Every story has 2 sides. Hear this side and then draw your own conclusions,” someone writes. That being said, in the end you decide what a woman is.
