Fjoralba Ponari has a tattoo that will forever remind her of one of the "most exhausting, but also bravest" periods, as she describes it. 

Yesterday, the moderator posted on her Instagram account a photo where she appears with the tattoo artist as she makes the expression in her arms that will accompany her until the end of her life. 

"My first tattoo. How to immortalize on my body the most spiritually exhausting, but at the same time the most courageous period that I have lived to date. The physical trace, locked into the skin that will accompany and shape me as long as I breathe. A constant reminder to yourself, to love life and live it with all the darkest and brightest moments." - writes Fjoralba.

On her arm Ponari "engraved" *Sad birds still sing* (sad birds still sing) as an expression that will give her strength every time she sees it and remind her that the sun will rise again despite the storms.

In January 2022, the moderator lost her mother, but chose to quickly return to the screen, thus conveying messages of strength even through pain.
