Kate Moss, Johnny Depp's ex-partner during the '90s, is expected to appear to testify at the trial with Depp and Heard. Sources close to the actor have told CNN, that it is simply a matter of time before the actor's lawyers summon Moss, to testify about Johnny in court.
Ex-partners are still close to each other to this day. The famous model was mentioned by Heard in court earlier this month as an alleged altercation between Johnny and Amber's sister, Whitney Henriquez, was discussed.
Moss and Depp ended their romance in 1997, after 4 years together, but were soon reunited at the Cannes Film Festival in May 1998.
"I've never had anyone take care of me. Johnny did it for a while. I believed what he said. Every time I told him what to do, he told me what was the right thing to do. I miss it. "Since I left him. I've lost someone I really trusted."
Depp filed a $ 50 million lawsuit against Heard, accusing her of image corruption because of an article she wrote in 2018, claiming she was a victim of domestic abuse. Although in the article published in the Washington Post, Amber did not mention names, Johnny claims that she has slandered by describing him as an abuser.
