A $ AP Rocky has been released from prison after being arrested in connection with the November 2021 shooting, People confirms. On April 20, NBC News reported that the rapper was arrested in LAX by the Los Angeles Police Department, with the help of the national immigration and customs security investigation team for his alleged involvement in the shooting. Rocky's lawyer, Alan Jackson, confirmed the news to the media. The rapper arrived in Los Angeles by private jet after spending time with his sweetly waiting girlfriend, Rihanna, in Barbados.

According to a press release shared by the Los Angeles Police Department on Twitter, Rocky was previously under investigation by the LAPD. He was last seen with Rihanna, just a day before his arrest.

Wednesday night, the rapper was photographed leaving the headquarters of the Los Angeles Police Department. According to court records provided by People, Rocky has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon and his bail was set at $ 550,000.
