How to tampon it painlessly when you think it has 'stuck' inside you

Sometimes tampons can be so painful to remove that just the thought of you panicking. This is especially true when the tampon is dry and you know it will get stuck somewhere, making the process even more difficult.

It happens that the tampons feel like they are "stuck" more often due to the lack of lubrication - which means that they have not absorbed enough bleeding. The uncomfortable feeling occurs when you try to remove it faster than necessary (experts recommend changing it every 4-8 hours) or when you are at the end of your periods and you no longer have bleeding.

How can we make its removal less embarrassing? According to gynecologists, follow the instructions below.

1.

Put some unscented soap on your hands.

2.

Lightly lubricate your fingers with a little water-based lubricant.

3.

Remember to keep your feet shoulder-width apart when sitting on the toilet (squat-save position)

4.

Take some deep breaths to help relax the uterine muscles.

5.

Search for the buffer thread. Once you have wrapped your finger with its thread, start pulling it gently out.

If you feel you need more space or a better angle, experts suggest moving from the toilet to the shower. In the shower, you will have no interference and you can even use a mirror to have a better view; repeat the exact same steps in the same position.
