Just to calm the mind: Kendall Jenner's morning routine is a must try!

 

Kendall Jenner may be one of the leading models in the fashion industry, but she, like many others, has accepted the fight against anxiety. 

Of course, investing and working with mental health is a constant effort for everyone. In a video posted on Instagram, from a serene view of a lovely courtyard, Jenner shows the most soothing way she starts the morning.

"My anxiety has been at high levels lately. I have reached a point where I do not feel bad about it. I love my space and time 'alone'."

Kendall adds that "he is finding ways to help himself start the day with a calmer and more positive mindset."

Next, she shows more or less how her breakfast starts. 

# 1 - 10 deep breaths, even before you look at the phone.

# 2 - Go out on the patio / balcony / window and write in a notebook / diary.

# 3 - Among other things, write down all the things you look forward to doing today, this week or this month.

# 4 - Express words of gratitude for all your blessings.

# 5 - Stay in the sun a bit if you can.
