4 reasons they never let you feel happy

Have you noticed that some people always seem dissatisfied/unhappy? This is simply because they have cultivated certain behaviors in themselves that make them feel like this.

In fact happiness is a matter of perception and you must certainly know that there are only such moments that do not last long. There is a kind of happiness, which is not based on achievements in life, but on assessing things. Which means: to learn to be satisfied with the man you are, in the place where you are, and with what you possess at that moment in life. So appreciate the beautiful things in your life.

What's bothering you not to do that? Why don't you ever feel satisfied?

1. You compare yourself to others constantly

It's very difficult to be satisfied with the things you have if you're constantly going to compare your life to others or someone else's experiences with yourown. Everyone has his own way in the world. The spectrum of comparison is endless and there will always be other examples that defeat that ancestor, so forget them. Instead learn to ask yourself: What has been good in my life so far?

Say it out loud and start to appreciate what's really worth it.

2. Others are always to blame for you.

These people think that bad things happen only to them, as all of a sudden people hurt them without right. They don't have (or don't use) sniffing to understand what's going wrong in a relationship or situation that ultimately makes them disappoint. For these people, it's always everyone else's fault. If you see it from this perspective it's impossible to change the negative episodes that happen to you often. When you realize that guilt is always bilateral, you start to change in yourself behaviors that have contributed to difficult relations.

3. Be more acceptable

Being flexible, or practicing adequacy helps you manage better during difficult situations. Questions such as: "why should this happen to me", simply add to the panic and lead nowhere. Instead you ask yourself, "How can I do this now to solve this?" or "Who do I call to help me manage?" Such thoughts would lead you away from the negativity you may be stuck in.

4. You're living distracted

The other mistake of those compared to others is dissociation. Being confused all the time, you don't live with reality and the current situation, which consequently makes you have different thoughts within a very short time confusing you like this all the time. Studies have shown that constant dislocation makes it difficult for you to find pleasure in small things as well as to feel happy. Although the goal "I will never be happy."" speaks of a goal you must achieve, it can cut you off from the current good things you have in the present. You'll feel calmer, more productive and less anxious.
