Earlier in the week, a Russian court ruled that Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, was "extremist." Both platforms are banned in Russia. What is being used there?

Many users can still access Facebook, Instagram and other blocked sites through various programs (VPNs). Others are using Russian-owned alternatives such as Vkontakte and Odnoklassniki, yet these platforms offer very little in terms of profits.
