Simon Leviev , known as the "Tinder Rogue", has been sued for millions of dollars by the real Leviev family of diamonds with which he claimed to be related, Page Six has learned.

Tycoon Lev Leviev and his family - including daughter Chagit Leviev, chief executive of the Leviev Group - have launched legal action against the notorious fraudster at the center of a successful Netflix documentary about being removed as part of their family.

For a long time, he [Simon] was introduced as the son of Lev Leviev and received numerous benefits (including material ones), cunningly and using false words, claiming to be a member of the Leviev family and that the family his will will pay and bear the costs of his benefits, ”the lawsuit states, according to court documents provided by Page Six.

Chagit Leviev said their family-owned company has been operating for 40 years, trading unique and rare diamonds for the world's leading jewelers, as well as star dresses like Salma Hayek, Charlize Theron and members of the royal family.

Chagit told us that any proceeds from the lawsuit would be returned to Simon's victims, explaining, "We're really sorry, this guy is a liar and a cheater."
