The former owner of a simple pin is now the owner of a new home.

Demi Skipper, who has a TikTok account called "Trade Me Project", revealed a few days ago that she had achieved her goal of exchanging a pin for many other items, which led to her getting a house.

Skipper, who started the project in May 2020, finally got a home in Tennessee after 28 exchanges, according to The Guardian.

"There were so many negative people saying it was not possible. I was ready to continue it for five years if it was to get a house. ”

She added: "I wake up and think, 'Is this true?' I have the house. I got it thanks to a pin!"

To achieve the final goal, Demi exchanged the pin with a pair of earrings, which he then replaced with a pair of glasses and later a vacuum cleaner. Step by step, Demi started owning bigger items until he recently secured a Chipotle card which offers one year of unlimited free food from the chain of restaurants of the same name and is worth $ 20,000, according to the Guardian.

She exchanged the card for a $ 40,000 trailer, which included a Tesla PowerWall (home energy storage device), solar panels, and a refrigerator. The trailer took her to her new home.

Demi told the Guardian that she and her husband are planning to move to Tennessee, where they will renovate their new home and live there.

She added that she would gladly do this experience once again, but would give the house to a person in need.
