Throughout her career, Lady Gaga has proven that it is not at all common when it comes to her style. If you forgot, at the 2011 Grammys, Lady Gaga shocked attendees on the red carpet when she appeared inside an egg.

In a conversation with British Vogue, the pop star shared some of her most iconic outfits. "Everyone calls this egg clothing, but it was actually a container designed by Hussein Chalayan."

She went on to explain, “It mattered to me how fashion looked for this performance so much that the night before the performance I said: 'Fashion is wrong, we don't have it. We need it to be latex. We need nude latex. ”

Both Gaga and the team that led her to the red carpet were dressed entirely in brown latex pieces.

"If you know anything about looking for latex, years ago it was very difficult to find latex anywhere other than a sex toy store. We found latex in a bus company that had latex which they used to cover the seats. ”

Gaga added that she stayed inside the egg for three days.

"To be honest, at awards shows, especially during that time, I did not like talking to people. "I have always felt that my performance has been ruined, so in many ways this represented my commitment to the profession and I wanted to be alone with myself."
