Today, in front of some journalists, he seemed equally determined about smart satellites and drones, adding that they would serve "for the control and administration of the country's territory to monitor civil emergencies, fires, but also the fight against crime."
"[...] Albania will have satellites to strengthen control over the territory and will also have the intelligent drone to take the country to another level of administration of its territory and these are tools of a new technology that guarantee the monitoring of the territory , from borders, constructions, monitoring related to the information needed by state structures against trafficking and efforts to completely eradicate narcotics cultivation and for many.Also to fight organized crime, having unimaginable monitoring capacities, as well as to facilitate relations in the territory that are often compromised by inspectors and corrupt police officers. "
He added:
"And the good thing about this high-tech age is that there is no need to be a developed country for this epoch-making leap. Albania will soon have its own intelligent satellites and drones. For fires, for civil emergencies. Using these the funds will be for issues related to the country's civil affairs and the fight against organized crime, not for military actions or offensives ”.

"I'm telling you that satellites are also related to water, what do you say? All together. [...] Since we do not have water 24 hours, we should not have satellites ?! We will have control over the rivers and we will identify any illegal interference in Albania, we will also have control over the environment, verifying in real time any environmental violations in terms of waste and deforestation. We will not do research on Mars, but we need intelligent eyes to have real-time information about our country and to identify in real time any illegal construction in Albania.
