The lawsuit alleges that Dylan, named Robert Allen Zimmerman, abused the plaintiff several times, with several incidents occurring at the famous Chelsea hotel in Manhattan. JC is seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial on the charges, the consequences of which have prompted him to seek medical treatment in numerous cases. A spokesman for Dylan, now 80, told the Guardian on Monday that "the 56-year-old claim is untrue and will be strongly defended".
