almonds
Almonds are a very important element to improve your memory and brain power. They are rich in antioxidants and omega-3 which revitalize memory cells. Almonds are also very good for the eyes.
- Put 5-10 almonds in water and leave them overnight
- The next morning, remove the skin and

A foreign pharmaceutical study has found that people who took two 500mg capsules a day containing pure black seed extract showed an improved state of cognition, memory and attention compared to those who took pharmaceutical drugs.
- Mix a little honey with ½ teaspoon of black seed. Consume 2 times a day for at least a few days. The results will be impressive.
