Similar to Clubhouse , this new social network is an audio platform that gives the microphone to moderators who are experts in their feelings. Here's the difference from other platforms: People talk about topics ranging from hurt in love and broken hearts to numerology. In fact, moderators often greet each listener by name to get more involved. Some of them may even get the courage to talk and join in the conversation.

The app’s founder, Ashley Sumner, says the goal is to make users feel comfortable to be part of the conversation while on a walk, driving or staying home.

"There were women who came out of the doctor's office and reported that they were pregnant in Quilt, even before telling their husbands."

Quilt was created by a team of 5 people and since January, users double every month. The creator emphasizes that "this is a space used for conversations related to self-care - spiritual conversations, for mental health, goals in life, relationships and personal development."
