Tony Lopez, one of the well-known members of "Hype House" on TikTok, used social media to talk to two girls and have sex with them, at least according to the charges in the lawsuit.

Lopez has denied all charges against him.

The underage girls, who have sued under the pseudonyms HL Doe and CH Doe, claim that the 21-year-old started communicating with them through messages on social networks, despite the fact that he knew they were minors and said that he tried to persuaded to meet for sexual intercourse.

HL alleges that Lopez persuaded her to leave her friends for a while on January 4, 2020 and engaged in illegal sexual acts with her.

In the lawsuit, the teenager claims she told him he was 16, but later admitted he was actually 15.

Despite this, she claims that they had sex again on January 19 at his home in Nevada and that Lopez told her not to take any pictures with her phone because "she wanted to keep their relationship a secret."

The other accuser, CH, claims that she met Lopez in April 2020, when she was invited to the "Hype House" in Los Angeles.

She says they exchanged Snapchat addresses and he asked for nude photos and videos of her.

CH, also reveals that Lopez wrote "send me pictures of breasts" and that he tried to constantly persuade her to meet secretly.
