Jessie J has revealed that she spent Christmas day in the hospital after seeing that she could not hear or walk straight.

The Price Tag singer, 32, revealed that she was diagnosed with Meniere's disease, an ear health condition that can cause sudden attacks that lead to dizziness and hearing loss.

She said on Instagram:

"I woke up and felt completely dull in my right ear. I could not walk straight. I was told I had Meniere syndrome. I know that many people suffer from this disease and many of them have given me valuable advice. This is the first time I am able to say and accept: I miss singing so much and being close to people. "

The singer added:

"It could have been worse than that. I am very grateful for my health. On Christmas Eve, I was in the hospital thinking, "What's going on?" I'm glad I went early and they gave me all the necessary medication, at the right time, so I feel so much better today. I have not sung for so long and when I sing out loud, it sounds like someone is trying to get me out of my ear. ”

She closed by saying that it is important that during this period we send love and remind each other that we are not alone.
