Rain Gordon, from Russia, bought her future "husband" in a store five years ago.

She says she is sharing her story to help raise awareness about people being sexually attracted to objects.

Rain Gordon says she has always felt fascinated by objects and this eventually turned into a romantic and sexual attraction.

She "married" Gideon, who is a suitcase.

The 24-year-old said that although she had had relationships with men in the past, she has always been more attracted to objects than to people.

Gordon saw her "husband" for the first time in 2015 and over time, fell in love with him.

"My fascination with objects began at the age of eight. Since childhood, I believed that a soul is embedded in objects, as well as everything around us. I believe there is life in everything. During my childhood and early teens, I was "I fell in love with places like the new mall that opened in my city. I knew it was wrong, and beyond the norms of society. I said nothing to anyone."

Speaking of Gideon, she said:

 "I had no idea we were going to end up together. I admired it as it seemed, but I thought nothing more. But then I started liking Gideon for more than that. I slowly realized I was starting to fall in love. I would love to. I watched him for hours and felt his presence. "

Gordon thotë se gjatë lidhjes me Gideon, ajo kishte qenë në një lidhje dhe me një burrë, por nuk ndihej në të njëjtë mënyrë si me “valixhen e saj gri”.

“Unë nuk jam kundër marrëdhënieve me njerëz, por nuk kam njohur kurrë dikë, që të më bëjë të ndihem, siç më bën Gideon.”

Ajo thotë se nga një lidhje tjetër u nda, sepse ai zbuloi varësinë e saj ndaj objekteve.

Në fillim Rain nuk i tregoi askujt në lidhje me marrëdhënien e saj, por kur u tregoi disa miqve dhe vëllait të saj, ajo thotë se të gjithë ishin shumë mirëkuptues.

"Ne u martuam nga një shoku im në internet, dhe miqtë dhe vëllai im ishin në ceremoni. Edhe pse dasma nuk është legalizuar zyrtarisht, isha e lumtur sepse marrëdhënia jonë shkoi në një nivel tjetër.”

Sidoqoftë, jo të gjithë kanë qenë mirëkuptues ndaj Gordon:
