Demi Lovato, once hated her breasts because they were too small, but only now is she ready to talk on Instagram about the issue. It seems that the singer has found a natural way to grow them and wants everyone to know. 

"Facts. I never had breasts until I started eating what I wanted. All my life I hated my small breasts, but then when I gave up the barriers I came to myself about food, I had breasts that "I wanted it. This is me!" Lovato wrote in the photo recently posted on Instagram.

He went on to say that everyone can change it if they want to and if we do not put pressure on them.
