According to a letter submitted to the prosecutor's office in Lucerne (via 20 Minutes), Loredana has shown remorse by admitting wrongdoing to the injured party, in this case the Swiss lady known as Petra.
The prosecutor's office closed the case against the rapper, at the request of the parties. According to 20Minutes, Thomas Fingerhuth, Loredana's lawyer, said: "We are pleased that we were able to handle the proceedings in a way that both parties were satisfied. The most important thing is that Loredana and Ms. Petra were in able to talk to each other and now have a good relationship. ”
The parties demanded that the case not continue further and Loredana has compensated Ms. Petra with 400,000 Swiss francs, while in the spring of 2019, she has repaid part of the amount received through fraud and threats. 20Minuten states that Loredana apologized to the injured party for her actions and took full responsibility for the illegal actions.
Loredana was arrested on the evening of May 7 on charges of fraud, intimidation and extortion in Switzerland, and was later released. Other charges were brought against the rapper, first by a person claiming to be his ex-girlfriend and then by a lawyer whose name is thought to have been misused by Loredana. To clarify the situation, the rapper gave a press conference in the presence of her lawyers. In late September, Lori announced that she had made peace with Ms. Petra.
