Chrissy Teigen decided to be transparent again with her followers and this time talked about using Botox to cope with "headaches from pregnancy".
In a series of Twitter posts, Teigen, who is expecting her third child with John Legend, told followers she consulted her doctor about doing the injections. (Although Botox is often used to soothe wrinkles, research has shown that the procedure can help with certain neurological conditions, including migraines.)
"I have really bad headaches during pregnancy," she explained. "I was excited to do neck muscle botox, along with some other doctor combinations. I am finally seeing some light!
Teigen said she used botox to help with non-pregnancy headaches, saying the procedure "changed her life".
She writes:
"Jaw Botox was a MUST for my regular pain. You can also do it near the eyebrow, for migraines. "
Chrissy explained that she has consulted a neurologist and not just a Botox cosmetic injector.
To some commenters who wrote that "now some mothers will not agree with you", she wrote:
"I do not care at all."
Recently, Teigen admitted that some of her concerns:
"Part of me lacks the security of my perfect embryos, created on their little plate," she wrote on Twitter. "They felt untouchable and safe. Now I feel a little ... like eggs."
