Sleep on the same schedule every evening
Of course, it is not always possible to sleep on a fixed schedule, but we can decide on the exact time when we will go to bed to prepare for sleep. Try to create some kind of consistency in the schedule when you lie down to sleep. You will feel better and more energetic.
Wake up at the same time every morning

For example: if you want to wake up at 6:45 in the morning, put some alarms on the schedules: 6:15 and 6:30, so you get the feeling that you are sleeping a few minutes more.
Give yourself 10 minutes to wake up
For 10 minutes you can drink breakfast coffee, stay in bed, send a message or something. Afterwards, you can continue with the rest of the day.
